Style to Sell - Property Styling
Style to sell Property Styling is the perfect service if you are looking to sell your home. Our goal is to help you sell your home faster for more money.
StyleUp will create a beautiful space that potential buyers can see themselves living in. We will work with you and your agent to ensure that your home is presented to appeal to a broad clientele based on your target market.
Our Style to Sell Service is perfect for property owners who are wanting a cost effective solution to property styling. This service is suitable for new or existing residential properties, investment properties or business spaces. From single rooms to entire property makeovers. This service can be arranged at short notice with the home seller and/or agent.
The Style to Sell Service utilises existing furniture, artworks, homewares and home linens, encouraging sustainability.
Extra items required can be sourced from trade suppliers for the client to retain as required. We do all of the heavy lifting to help you get the styling outcome you desire
*Standard Rental terms for homewares, artwork and home linens are up to 4 weeks; and can be extended if required for additional weekly fees.
Style to Stay - Integrated Styling
Our Style to Stay service is a perfect option if you are looking to refresh a room or entire space, or if you have bought a new home or investment property that needs styling.
This service is perfect if you have a vision, but lack the time or knowledge to research, purchase and style to bring everything together.
We can focus on utilising existing furniture, homewares and home linens, creating a sustainable, functional and inspiring space or transform a space completely with your budget in mind.
Perfect for homeowners who are wanting a cost effective solution to property styling. Partial styling is suitable for new or existing residential properties, investment properties (air bnb’s or business spaces. From single rooms to entire property makeovers.
We take care of sourcing any additional items to completely restyle the property for you.
StyleUp Full Service
(including Furniture items)
This service is suitable for brand new or vacant properties for sale which require all furniture, artworks, rugs, home linens and soft furnishings.
Full Property Styling can be arranged for vacant properties or business premises requiring furniture, rugs and large artworks, home linens and soft furnishings.
This service will be determined on an individual basis following an initial Styleup consultation.
Please note this service requires a non-refundable deposit and has a minimum booking time of 4-6 weeks prior.

Styling Process
Appointment
StyleUp will arrange a suitable appointment time to visit your property and discuss requirements, offer recommendations and assess the property considering existing layout, furniture, homewares and linens.
The appointment will take between 60-90 minutes.
Proposal
StyleUp will provide a detailed proposal within 24-48 hours for your review. Once the proposal is accepted, a 50% deposit invoice will be emailed to you to confirm your booking and to schedule a date for your styling.
Styling
We style your space.
Enjoy your renewed interiors or if selling, arrange professional photography with your real estate agent.
