This was a beautiful Metricon Grandview property, a pleasure to style for the home owners. The home was immaculately presented, attracting discerning local buyers. The home owners wanted to utilise their own furniture and design pieces.

The project worked seamlessly by having the property fully decluttered and depersonalised and immaculately cleaned prior to staging. The styling was created by utilising key style elements and showcasing the amazing features of the property, created simply by rearranging furniture to maximise space, along with capturing the style and existing colour palette of the home. The property was sold within 2 weeks of styling, providing the home owners an amazing profit above asking price.
